Working with business owners 1 to 1 is the most fun for me and brings the
greatest rewards to both of us. We concentrate on the particular
systems and procedures that you're struggling with and we can usually bring
about effective changes in a relatively short time.
Some of the areas we can deal with are computer file structure and
organization (this includes clearing the clutter off your PC desktop),
Windows navigation, Internet searching techniques, system backup and
security, and bookkeeping (using QuickBooks) and money issues.
In certain cases, I can also work with other software that you currently own
and are having trouble with. We can discuss this before getting
started. I know what I'm good at and what I'm not, so if I don't think I
have the skills and experience you need, I'll do my best to refer you to
someone who does.
I offer a customized 4-week consulting package tailored to your needs.
We'll
work by phone, email, and through on-line meetings. With your permission, I'll access your computer remotely and
actually
show you how to do certain things. You'll be able to see the mouse move
on your screen so you know exactly what gets clicked where and when.

priced at $ 495.
I can also design a different length project to meet your individual needs.

If
you have a time sensitive project that you need help with or if you simply
prefer to work with me in person, and you can pack your
laptop and meet me in Indianapolis, we can do a one or two day intensive
training session at my office. Please call me to discuss special
arrangements and pricing.
